What we're looking for:

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide essential remote support to our tax preparation team, handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing communications via email, phone, and virtual messaging platforms.
Provide professional and timely responses to client inquiries.
Schedule and confirm virtual client appointments.
Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
Manage virtual calendars and schedules.
Assist with digital data entry and record keeping.
Maintain and organize digital filing systems.
Assist with basic digital bookkeeping tasks as required.
Coordinate virtual meetings and appointments.
Assist with managing project deadlines and virtual task assignments.
Help maintain the Tax Preparer's virtual schedule.
Assist with special virtual projects as assigned.
Provide general remote administrative support to the tax preparation team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Administrative Assistant or in a similar remote role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills in a virtual environment.
Proficiency in virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams).
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable high speed internet access, and a quiet home office work space.
