We are specializing in trendy and fashionable jewelry on Amazon. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our expanding operations.
Responsibilities:
Product Listing Management:
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords) for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Upload and manage product images and videos.
- Ensure accurate product information and inventory levels.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
- Create and manage FBA shipments, tracking and and resolving any issues.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer feedback and reviews.
- Monitor returns and refunds.
Keyword Research and SEO:
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms.
- Optimize product listings and PPC campaigns for improved search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze competitor listings.
PPC Campaign Management:
- Assist in the creation and management of Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids as needed.
- Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for optimization.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the team
Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor competitor product listings and pricing.
- Identify competitive advantages and disadvantages.
Promotional Activities:
- Assist in setting up promotions and deals.
- Monitor the performance of promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or no prior experience with willing-to-learn attitude is welcome to apply.
- Understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
- Proficiency in keyword research and SEO best practices.
- Understanding of Amazon PPC campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Experience with fashion jewellery products is a plus.
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Passion for e-commerce and the Amazon marketplace.
