In this fully remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients expressing interest in our social media marketing packages. Your key responsibilities will involve expertly handling inbound inquiries and delivering compelling online demonstrations of our solutions, ultimately driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Management: Efficiently and professionally respond to online inquiries from potential clients via email, web forms, and other digital channels.
Virtual Needs Assessment: Conduct effective online discovery calls and virtual meetings to thoroughly understand prospects' business objectives, target audiences, current marketing strategies, and specific social media requirements.
Online Solution Presentation & Demonstration: Skillfully present and demonstrate Hiremostestaff's social media marketing packages through engaging online presentations, highlighting key features, benefits, and tailored value propositions.
Virtual Sales Cycle Management: Guide prospects through the online sales process, addressing questions, alleviating concerns, and providing necessary digital resources to facilitate informed decisions.
Online Proposal Support (as needed): Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the development of customized proposals that align with client needs and our service offerings, delivered and discussed virtually.
Digital Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of all online interactions and progress within our CRM system, ensuring an accurate and up-to-date digital sales pipeline.
Virtual Follow-up & Closing: Proactively follow up with prospects through online communication channels to nurture relationships and successfully close sales deals remotely.
Achieving Online Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned online sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Digital Marketing Awareness: Stay informed about the latest social media marketing trends, online communication best practices, and competitor activities in the digital space.
Remote Collaboration: Work effectively with marketing, operations, and client success teams through online communication tools to ensure a seamless virtual onboarding and ongoing client experience.
Virtual Feedback Provision: Provide valuable insights to the product and marketing teams based on online prospect interactions and digital market understanding.

Qualifications:

Fresh college graduates are no related experience who are willing to learn are welcome to apply. Otherwise, proven Sales or telemarketer experience with a demonstrable track record of successfully presenting and closing deals online.
Social Media Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), their advertising capabilities, and organic marketing strategies.
Exceptional Online Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive online presentations and demonstrations to virtual audiences.
Virtual Sales Acumen: Strong online negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals in a virtual environment.
Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine desire to understand and address client needs remotely, building strong and lasting online relationships.
Self-Motivation & Digital Organization: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting, with strong digital organizational and prioritization skills.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing leads, tracking progress, and generating reports in a digital workflow.
Virtual Communication Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), screen-sharing tools, and other virtual communication technologies.
Online Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address client concerns and objections effectively through online communication.
Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
