About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless delivery of our clients' marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. You'll act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Team Coordination: Coordinate internal teams (creative, content, digital, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Timeline Management: Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular project reports and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize project efficiency.
Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or advertising environment.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience in digital marketing is a plus
Ability to work within a fast paced small firm environment.
Available working on London office hours.
