What we're looking for:

We're seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our Facebook Group. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering a thriving online community. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media calendars, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Henny Benny LLC's marketing goals.
Create and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across all platforms.
Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Content Creation & Management:

Create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform.
Develop and manage engaging content for our Facebook Group, fostering community interaction and discussion.
Schedule and publish content across all platforms, ensuring optimal timing and frequency.
Manage and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality visual assets.
Create short form video content for Tiktok and Instagram reels.

Community Management:

Build and nurture a strong online community across all social media platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and address customer concerns.
Run contests, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns to boost engagement.
Monitor and manage the Facebook Group, ensuring a positive and engaging environment.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and website traffic.
Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for optimization.
Use social media analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor advertisement performance.

Platform Specific Responsibilities:

Facebook: Manage the company page, create engaging posts, run targeted ad campaigns, and moderate the Facebook Group.
Instagram: Develop visually appealing content, utilize Instagram Stories and Reels, and engage with followers.
TikTok: Create short-form video content that resonates with the target audience, utilize trending sounds and challenges, and manage the company's TikTok profile.
Facebook Group: Moderate discussions, facilitate community engagement, and provide valuable content and resources to members.

Advertising:

Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve campaign goals.
Report on advertising ROI.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Group platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to create visually appealing content and basic graphic design skills.
Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
Experience with social media advertising.
Experience with short form video creation.
Knowledge of the product niche is a plus.
Laptop, working station and a strong internet.
Available on Los Angeles or PST office hours.
