What we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Social Media Manager to oversee and execute social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for gathering client requirements, developing content calendars, scheduling engaging posts (feeds, reels, videos, carousels with captions), and maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure their social media goals are met.

Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding:

Participate in initial client onboarding to understand their business objectives, target audience, brand voice, and specific social media goals.
Document detailed client requirements and preferences for social media content and strategy.

Monthly Client Review Meetings:

Schedule and conduct monthly review meetings with each client to discuss performance, gather feedback, and align on upcoming content and strategy.
Clearly communicate performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to clients.
Address client questions and concerns effectively and professionally.

Content Planning & Calendar Development:

Develop comprehensive monthly content calendars for each client, aligning with their objectives and incorporating a variety of content formats (feeds, reels, videos, carousels).
Ensure content calendars are realistic, achievable, and meet client expectations.

Content Creation & Curation (Collaboration):

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., graphic designers, video editors, copywriters) or directly create compelling captions that align with the visual content and client brand voice.
Ensure all content is error-free, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.

Social Media Platform Management:

Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter) using scheduling tools.
Ensure timely and accurate posting according to the agreed-upon content calendar.
Monitor social media channels for client accounts, engaging with comments and messages as needed (or escalating to the client/relevant team).

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance metrics for each client.
Prepare concise and insightful monthly reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing recommendations for improvement.
Present performance reports during monthly client review meetings.

Staying Up-to-Date:

Continuously stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to clients based on industry developments
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client social media accounts.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns.
Manage client expectations effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media marketing, managing social media accounts for businesses or clients.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally to clients.
Presentation Skills: Comfortable and confident in presenting social media strategies and performance reports to clients.
Social Media Platform Expertise: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their features, best practices, and analytics.
Content Scheduling Tools Proficiency: Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).
Organizational & Time Management Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content, scheduling, and client communication.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to social media performance or client satisfaction.
Client-Focused Approach: A strong commitment to providing excellent client service and building positive relationships.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different client needs, brand voices, and industry requirements
Laptop, working station and a strong internet.
Available on Los Angeles or PST office hours.

Experience managing social media accounts across diverse industries.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) or video editing basics.
